THE HOUSE PLAYBOOK

Big imagination.
Visible responsibility.

A superhero metaphor is fun. How we treat people and prove the work is what matters.

This is our proposed operating standard—not a claim that every process or global team already exists. As the initiative develops, the standards should be open to challenge.

FROM AN IDEA TO A USEFUL RESULT

A mission.
A small team.
A clear next move.

  1. 01

    Listen before building.

Name the people affected, the place and the actual problem. Ask what is already working. The community is a co-author, not a backdrop.

  2. 02

    Match complementary gifts.

A two-person partnership may be enough. There is no ideal team size; use the smallest group with the knowledge and capacity to do the next step well.

  3. 03

    Run one bounded experiment.

Define the output, owner, resources, deadline and permission needed. Say what would count as useful—and what would make you stop or change course.

  4. 04

    Make the learning public.

Share the work, sources, costs where appropriate, and what failed. Protect personal information. Invite correction before asking the story to travel.

OUR CODE

Power is not
permission.

Great reach, impressive technology and strong conviction do not replace consent or accountability.

01

Human agency, always.

People can question the plan, decline participation and leave. AI may assist; it does not get the final moral authority.

02

No saviors. No enemies.

Work is peaceful, lawful and cooperative. Disagreement is not disloyalty. No harassment, dehumanization or personality cults.

03

Local knowledge leads.

Do not export a solution before understanding the place. Respect language, culture, accessibility, expertise and affected people.

04

Evidence travels with the story.

Distinguish an idea from a prototype, a prototype from a deployed tool, and activity from demonstrated benefit.

05

Distribution earns trust.

Label generated illustrations, sponsorships and conflicts. Do not buy fake participation or turn people’s hardship into marketing.

06

Share the upside honestly.

Agree on credit, ownership and any commercial terms before work begins. This invitation promises no equity, funding or paid role.

USE THE SAME STANDARD ON US

Hope should
have a paper trail.

A practical mission brief should answer these questions before a big claim is made.

A SIMPLE MISSION RECEIPT

PurposeWho needs what to improve, and who helped define that?
CommitmentWhat will we do, by when, and who is responsible?
PermissionWhat consent, safety checks or local approvals are needed?
EvidenceWhat can people inspect, and what is still unknown?
LearningWhat changed, what did not, and what happens next?

NOT A SPECTATOR. A CO-CREATOR.

Make the ambition
worthy of the trust.

Bring a skill, a question, a story, a stubborn belief that life can be better. Start with one contribution you can actually make.
